How pre-orders work

To celebrate the launch of our new website, we're offering early access to our jewellery collection through exclusive launch pre-orders.

You can browse the Hoard, choose your favourite pieces and secure your order ahead of our planned dispatch date.

  1. Discover your treasure. Browse our collection of alternative silver jewellery and select your preferred products, sizes and lengths.
  2. Place your pre-order. Complete checkout as normal. Full payment is taken when you place your order.
  3. Await your treasure. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin dispatching from 2 November 2026.
  4. Follow its journey. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

Dispatch and delivery

Our planned pre-order dispatch date is 2 November 2026. This is the date we expect to begin sending orders, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Although we aim to fulfil pre-orders as scheduled, unexpected supplier, stock or delivery issues may occasionally cause delays.

If a significant delay affects your order, we'll contact you with an update and explain your available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Payment

Full payment is taken at checkout, rather than when your jewellery is dispatched.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.95.
  • Free standard UK delivery: On orders over £100.
  • Available delivery upgrades and any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not from the date the pre-order is placed.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected when placing a pre-order.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your jewellery has been delivered, our published Returns Policy explains how to request a return, including our voluntary 30-day returns arrangements and any applicable exceptions.

Nothing in our pre-order arrangements limits your statutory rights to cancel, return eligible goods or obtain a refund.
